it is true that there have been some minor administrative errors. we deal with very large numbers of people, the logistics are terrifying. mistakes are inevitable but, we believe, happen in no more than 4% of cases. so yes, there are sinners luxuriting in heaven, and conversly, some of the just are burning in eternal hellfire. this is regrettbale and we are doing everything in our power to address the problem. in mitigation we would like to emphasise our exemplary record over an unfathomable amount of time, the high regard we are held in by the public-at-large, the pressures and demands of the job and the almost inconsequentially small number of 'misassigned' souls.
