cctv we took to its logical conclusion. every free citizen is fitted with a recording device. this recording device recieves exactly the same audial and visual information as the individual. it sees what he sees, hears what he hears and what he says. the recordings are reviewed every 2 weeks by computers programmed to recognise moral failure, impure impulses and criminal activity. if this is identified the tapes are sent to the moral adjucdicators for further investigation. the tapes are also sent to the moral adjudicators whereever there are allegations or suspicions of moral failure, impure impulses or criminal acts/intentions against an individual. this measure not only establishes guilt beyond any doubt it also serves to single out potential criminals and discontents.
